A cozy stay with a catch
Waking up to the delightful aroma of fresh pastries was a true highlight. The staff were attentive and made breakfast a lovely experience each morning.
However, I was disappointed by a strange charge for extra glassware during our tea service. It felt unnecessary, especially late in the evening.

The Premium King Room was super comfy, like sleeping on a cloud. It was really quiet, no traffic noise at all, which was nice. The decor was modern yet had a touch of heritage, very classy. The only bummer was that the food could have been served hotter during breakfast, but the buffet spread was good. Overall, pretty solid stay.

The street food scene nearby was lit, chowing down at Pho Nho's steaming bowls of pho and Banh Xeo Muoi Xiem's sizzling pancakes was a foodie dream! Plus, the rooftop bar had killer views with delicious drinks that made our evenings even more magical.
While the staff was generally great, one experience with management was a total downer—after my wife slipped on wet stairs, the lack of care from the front office was really disappointing.

Homey vibes with killer service
Wow, this place is unreal! The staff are super warm, it’s like hanging with friends. The restaurant serves the best food, and the poolside bar is a must-visit. Just wish the Wi-Fi was stronger! Can't believe I felt so at home here after only 6 nights.

I had a fantastic stay at Mai House Saigon. The hotel itself is stunning, with an elegant design that makes you feel special right from the lobby. The pool area was a real highlight for me. it’s super clean and perfect for relaxing. I enjoyed afternoon tea there, which was a treat. My room was spacious and beautifully designed, making it a comfortable retreat after a long day. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing great service throughout my stay. The breakfast buffet was impressive with a wide selection, though I noticed the hot drink service could be a bit quicker. I also thought the toiletries could’ve been upgraded for a hotel of this caliber. Parking was convenient. On the downside, I faced a bit of confusion with the management regarding a minor incident, which marred the experience slightly. That said, I’m more than happy with my stay and would highly recommend this hotel.
